Court Capture is always served from app.courtcapture.net. Media connects directly to Home when possible and automatically uses Cloudflare TURN when required.

Court Capture uses this as an invisible acceleration cache. Short videos can cache at original quality; videos 10 minutes or longer (or 1 GB+) use a pre-generated 1080p playback proxy so they can reach the cloud much faster. The full-resolution master always remains in the Home Archive. A single automatic upload will not consume more than 25% of the cache. Limits above 10 GB may incur Cloudflare R2 storage charges.
